Decided to draw my 17-18 year old self to point something out about how most people view "fat" "obese" & "chubby" people. So to the chubsters out there:
Don't live your life based on a model on the cover of a magazine...
Don't live your life based on what the media tries to push into your head...
Don't live your life striving to be beautiful just to find your prince charming or your princess in the tower...
Live your life the way YOU see fit. You're beautiful just the way you are. You'll find that special somebody without having to swallow all those diet pills, binge to the point you obtain an eating disorder, take the steroids to be get the ladies...
It is the media that created the infection in our society's youth. The media is making those young women unhealthy... the media is making young men want to look a certain way... it's terrible.
All of my life, my own father wanted me to look a certain way so I can score myself a boyfriend... little does he know that the boy I am with now didn't know what I looked like when he fell in love with me... and when I showed him a picture of myself, he told me this: "You are beautiful... your personality triples that beauty though." ... or something like that.
Either way, being skinny has nothing to do with it. If you want to get in shape just for the sake of living a healthier lifestyle, GO FOR IT! But if you were overweight, that doesn't put a blemish on your character. I know quite a few big people & they are the best people I've met in my life...absolutely beautiful inside & out.

Like they say beauty is only skin deep. You are perfectly right. There are people who are on the chubby side and they are just as wonderful as a normal person. I think you are beautiful inside and out! You're boyfriend is absolutely right about you.
